Police arrested a driver following a traffic stop for speeding in Seneca Falls on March 19.
Michael D. Davis, 26, of Seneca Falls, was identified as the driver during the stop.
Officers conducted a roadside investigation and determined the driver was operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs.
Further investigation found he did not have a valid New York State driver’s license.
Police charged Davis with driving while impaired by drugs, speeding, and unlicensed operation.
He was released with an appearance ticket and traffic citations.
Davis is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
