A Canandaigua man faces multiple charges, including criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child, following a disturbance at a Jefferson Avenue residence last week.
Tobias A. Davis, 23, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. after allegedly refusing to leave a residence when asked. Police said Davis engaged in an altercation with the resident in the presence of three children.
Davis fled the scene before police arrived but was later located at his home and taken into custody. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
