A Penn Yan woman was arrested Tuesday evening on County House Road in the town of Jerusalem following an active warrant issued for a probation violation.
Gabrielle Daggett, 31, was taken into custody by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 6:14 p.m. The warrant, issued by the Town of Jerusalem Court, charged Daggett with a violation under CPL 410.40.
Following her arrest, Daggett was transported to the Yates County Jail, where she awaits arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program (CAP). Further details about the underlying probation violation have not been disclosed.
