A speeding stop on Barkley Road in Sodus led to the arrest of a 56-year-old man for felony DWI, according to state troopers.
Peter Anderson, of Main Street, was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.10% and a suspended registration during the Monday afternoon incident.
Anderson, who has two prior DWI convictions, was taken to the Wayne County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court. Authorities released him to a sober third party, and his vehicle was towed.
He is scheduled to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
