Man Held Without Bail After Multiple Domestic Incidents in Marion and Lyons

A North Rose man is in custody following a series of domestic incidents across Wayne County. Deputies allege the 33-year-old violated a court order during a confrontation on November 25 in Marion.

After fleeing into the woods, he was apprehended and charged with multiple counts of criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

Additional charges, including burglary and endangering the welfare of a child, stemmed from a November 18 warrant. State Police added charges related to a November 11 incident in Lyons, where the man allegedly damaged his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle during a confrontation.

Due to his extensive criminal history, he remains in custody pending court appearances in Marion and Lyons.
