Late-Friday first responders in Ontario County were called to a structure fire on Canadice Lake Rd.
Deputies along with Hemlock, Springwater, Richmond, and Livonia fire departments responded to Canadice Lake Rd. for a chimney fire.
The occupants were able to exit without injury, and damage to the structure was limited to the immediate area around where the fire began. However, the house was not immediately inhabitable.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time.
