A search warrant in Ithaca led to the arrest of a local man on weapons charges.
Ruben Flowers, 45, was taken into custody on Oct. 9 after police found a 9mm ghost gun in his residence during an ongoing criminal investigation.
Flowers was charged with second- and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, as well as petit larceny.
He was arraigned and remanded to the county jail on these charges​.
