A Penn Yan woman has been charged with unlawfully dealing with a child after allegedly selling alcohol to a minor.
Police arrested Rose M. Mattero, 56, on Sept. 26 following an investigation into the sale of an alcoholic beverage to someone under 21. The incident occurred at a local business, according to authorities.
Mattero was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to answer the charge in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
