A Cato man has been sentenced in Cayuga County Court for using children in sexual videos.
Cody Hoag, 36, was sentenced to 2-7 years in state prison for use of a child in a sexual performance, according to reporting by The Citizen.
The victims’ mother gave an impact statement in court—as Hoag was ultimately convicted of engaging in sexual acts with the kids and recording those occurrences.
