A 35-year-old man was arrested Friday night following a domestic incident at his residence in the Town of Seneca Falls, according to local police.
Paul R. Sturiale, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody at 8:47 p.m. after officers responded to a report of a disturbance. During the incident, Sturiale allegedly engaged in a verbal argument and damaged a window in the apartment while two children were present inside.
Sturiale was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, along with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, both misdemeanors. He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
The welfare of the children involved was not immediately disclosed.
