A Seneca Falls man was arrested Thursday after allegedly damaging property during a domestic dispute with his father, according to local police.
Authorities say the 33-year-old got into a verbal argument at his home on September 19 and subsequently damaged a stereo. Police responded to the incident at approximately 3:32 p.m.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
