The board will hear requests from Laurie Timmons and Guy & Nancy Easter for variances related to setbacks and accessory structures. The board will also consider a proposal from David Brown to construct a swimming pool, patio, and shed at his Orchard Road property. Other hearings include a proposed two-story addition for Shannon Byrne and the continuation of David and Laura Drahms’ variance application for a new home on Onondaga Street.

The meeting will conclude with an executive session, and the next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for October 23.
