Authorities in Cayuga County say a local man was taken into custody after she cut off an ankle monitor while on parole.
Sheriff Brian Schenck reports the arrest of Patrick Crisalli, 57, of Brutus, for criminal mischief.
Crisalli, a parolee, allegedly cut his ankle-worn electronic monitoring device on July 26 in the Town of Cato. Following this violation, he was already incarcerated in Cayuga County Jail pending a parole hearing.
Crisalli was charged and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Cato court on August 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
