The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva man on serious charges after an incident at del Lago Resort & Casino.
Seneca County Sheriff Timothy Thompson reports that deputies arrested Vladislav Kandinov on July 23 for Grand Larceny in the fourth degree. Kandinov, 35, is accused of stealing a cell phone from another person at del Lago Casino on March 15, 2024.
He was arraigned at Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court and released on his own recognizance. Kandinov is scheduled to appear before the Town of Tyre Court at a later date.
