A Central New York woman was arrested for DWI after an erratic driving incident.
Deputies stopped Robin D. Jones on July 13 after observing her driving erratically on Route 34.
She made a sudden left turn from a right turn lane, crossing all traffic lanes before stopping off the road. Deputies determined she was intoxicated, with a breath test showing a blood alcohol content of .16%.
Jones was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with a BAC over .08%, both misdemeanors, and a traffic violation for failing to keep right. She was released with appearance tickets for the Town of Brutus Court.
