Forty-three students completed their GEDs through Finger Lakes Community College’s free program over the past year.
FLCC’s program allows students to study at their own pace with an instructor, preparing for the four exams needed to earn a high school equivalency diploma. Students take in-person assessments in math and reading to determine their skill levels.
Classes are offered in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties at various FLCC locations, libraries, and workforce development offices. More information is available at flcc.edu/abe, (585) 785-1431, or [email protected].
