Deputies say a Walworth man was found to be in possession of a loaded gun after a crash in Wayne County.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Aaron J. Horn, 49, of Walworth, for illegal possession of a weapon after a car crash.
Deputies responded to a one-car accident on Swadling Road in Walworth. They found Horn behind the wheel and discovered a loaded gun on the passenger seat. Horn did not have a pistol permit.
Horn was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
