Police in Seneca Falls arrested a man Saturday following a domestic incident that led to multiple charges.
Joshua A. Morgan, 30, of Port Byron, was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on July 5. Officers charged Morgan with harassment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree, and aggravated family offense.
Following the arrest, authorities transported Morgan to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment in CAP Court. Police also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
