Firefighters were called to an overnight blaze at the old Iroquois Hotel on Franklin Street in Lyons late-Friday.
It’s unclear how much damage was done to the property, but the Red Cross was requested to the scene to help a number of adults and one child.
The address is officially maintained as an apartment building. However, exact details on how many people were living inside at the time of the fire was not available.
The cause of the fire was also not immediately available.
