The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Nathaniel Colfer, 48, of Williamson, following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Colfer is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from a December 2023 incident where Colfer allegedly choked his 14-year-old daughter during an argument, causing her to struggle for breath.
Colfer was taken to the Wayne County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
