Seneca Falls police say they are looking for a 46-year-old wanted for two instances of failure to appear.

According to a news release, Charles Smith, 46, is wanted for failing to appear for resisting arrest, obstruction, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He’s also wanted to failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge.

Anyone who knows where Smith may be located is asked to contact SFPD at (315) 568-4850.
