Waterloo man charged with DWI in Palmyra

Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kenneth J. Pollot, 25, of Waterloo, following a traffic stop in the Village of Palmyra. The arrest took place late Sunday night.


Pollot was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC of .08 or greater, and speeding. During the traffic stop, deputies conducted field sobriety tests, which Pollot failed. He was then taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he recorded a .12 BAC on a breath test.

Pollot is scheduled to appear in Village of Palmyra court at a later date to answer the charges.
