Police arrested Joshua R. Oshea, 35, of Seneca Falls on Friday after he was found asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle in a parking lot. The incident occurred at 11:28 a.m. near the Town of Seneca Falls office building.
An investigation revealed Oshea was impaired by drugs and driving without a license due to a previous similar charge. Oshea was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and driving while intoxicated and impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. He also faced a violation for driving without a license.
Oshea was processed and given several tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
