A Waterloo man is facing multiple drug and weapons charges following a narcotics-related investigation executed by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Timothy Thompson announced that on April 9, investigators arrested 44-year-old Jeremiah P. Hall after serving a search warrant. Hall was initially charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
Following further investigation, Hall was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
