Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brian L. Gray, 39, of Himrod, on Saturday night for menacing with a firearm.
Deputies responded to a call at 8:37 p.m. on Himrod Road in the Town of Milo.
The caller reported that Gray was outside pointing a firearm at them and nearby vehicles. After investigating, deputies arrested Gray for second-degree menacing.
Gray was taken to the Yates County Jail and will be arraigned in CAP Court.
