Keuka College will celebrate its 115th Commencement on Saturday at 10 a.m., featuring student speeches, an honorary degree, and hundreds of graduates. The ceremony, set on the lawn in front of Norton Chapel, will include an address by Keuka President Amy Storey and remarks from two graduating seniors.
President Storey highlighted the college’s commitment to student success, saying, “What better way to showcase this value than by shining the spotlight on our outstanding student speakers at the heart of our Commencement ceremony?” The event will also honor a standout student in the D.R.I.V.E. (Diversity, Responsibility, Inclusion, Vision, and Experiential Learning) program with an Award of Higher Education.
Longtime Board of Trustees member Don Wertman will receive an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree for his contributions to the college. The ceremony will welcome over 2,000 guests, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will be livestreamed on the college’s homepage (keuka.edu).
