Authorities report that after buying the water, Lancaster emptied the bottles in the store’s parking lot and returned the empties to collect the deposit money. He admitted to using the funds obtained to purchase alcohol. This misuse of government assistance led to his arrest.

Lancaster was issued an appearance ticket following the incident and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lyons Court on May 21st.
