The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester resident for trespassing after an investigation in Victor.
According to a news release, Marivelisse Martinez, 41, of Rochester is accused of trespassing at Eastview Mall.
During the investigation it was found that they had been banned from all Wilmorite Properties in January 2024.
They were charged with one count of trespassing and will answer the charge at a later date.
