Deputies say a Pittsford man faces aggravated DWI charges in Ontario County.
According to the sheriff’s office, 32-year-old Nicholas James Ferraina, of Pittsford, was arrested for aggravated DWI after a traffic stop on County Road 42 in Victor.
After being taken into custody he was released to a sober third party.
Deputies say the charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
