Deputies say a homeless man was arrested following a car theft investigation at Eastview Mall.
On Friday around 6:30 p.m. deputies arrested Hector Luis Cruz, 36, for criminal possession of stolen property.
The charges stem from an investigation where he was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle at the mall.
The car was apparently stolen from Irondequoit earlier this month.
The felony charges will be answered at a later date.
