In Bath a man was arrested on charges after allegedly violating a protective order by entering and becoming violent in a home protected against him.
Jason Arnold, 41, was arrested on Friday, March 29, after Bath Police responded to a disturbance reported at the Colonial Lawns Street apartment complex. Arnold is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of a former intimate partner, who had an active stay-away order of protection against him, and initiating a physical confrontation.
Following the incident, Arnold evaded the immediate arrival of police but was soon apprehended by a Steuben County Sheriff’s Deputy in the vicinity of the scene.
