Police arrested a 23-year-old Canandaigua man following a report of a person passed out in a vehicle.
David Graff, 23, was arrested for DWAI drugs after being found passed out in a vehicle on West Avenue.
The vehicle was parked in a parking lot, according to police.
He was ticketed and will answer the charges at a later date.
