Ken Johnson, Executive Chairman of Leonard’s Express, has been honored as a “Rock Star of the Supply Chain” by Food Logistics magazine for the second consecutive year. This prestigious recognition is awarded annually to outstanding individuals in the cold food supply chain sector for their significant contributions, innovative spirit, and leadership. Johnson’s recognition highlights his effective management and the operational success of Leonard’s Express, a key player in the global movement of cold food products.

Under Johnson’s guidance, Leonard’s Express has achieved notable success, receiving several industry accolades over the past year. These awards celebrate the company’s excellence in fleet management, commitment to workplace diversity, and leadership in safety and growth within the transportation and logistics industry. Food Logistics’ editor-in-chief, Marina Mayer, announced that this year’s award categories included Top Warehousing Stars, Top Shippers, Rising Stars, and Lifetime Achievement, with Johnson being recognized in the Top Shippers category.
