The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Victory resident following a domestic dispute earlier this month.
Britainny Andrews, 27, was charged with criminal mischief after an investigation into a dispute on January 7.
She’s accused of damaging a door of a residence with a shovel.
The residence that suffered damage was owned by an uninvolved party to the dispute itself.
Andrews was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
