Police say a Canandaigua woman was arrested after a dispute at the Civic Center.
According to a news release, Samantha Frazer, 36, struck another woman in the face with a bag of popcorn.
Frazer was charged with one count of harassment.
She’ll answer the charge in local court at a later date. Additional information about the incident was not released.
