Deputies arrested a Naples man following an incident that occurred earlier this month.
On Tuesday, Cody Webb, 32, of Naples was arrested for first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense – both felony charges – after an investigation into an incident on November 11.
Webb was found to have violated the terms of an order of protection, and due to a previous conviction of criminal contempt this year – the new charges were elevated to felonies.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
