During the early hours of November 5 a routine stop by a Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office Deputy led to the arrest of Taelyr J. Worden for driving while intoxicated (DWI).
The incident occurred around 3:57 a.m. in the town of Victory, near the intersection of Robinson Road and Keysor Road.
The deputy discovered Worden’s vehicle off the roadway in a ditch. Upon conducting a welfare check on the driver, the deputy initiated a DWI investigation based on observations at the scene.
This investigation culminated in Worden being arrested and charged with DWI and other traffic violations.
Worden was processed and subsequently released with Uniform Traffic Tickets (UTTs), which are returnable to the Town of Victory Court at a later date.
