Deputies arrested a Shortsville resident following an investigation on North Main Street near the Manchester Mart.
Around 1 a.m. on Friday deputies arrested Elena Diane Grabowski, 26, of Shortsville for DWAI drugs.
Deputies say they found Grabowski unconscious in the driver’s seat of a vehicle at the gas station in the village.
She was under the influence of drugs and had operated a vehicle, resulting in the DWAI charge.
That charge will be answered at a later date.
