The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended Evan J. Crittenden, 34, of Penfield following a warrant investigation.
Crittenden is charged with criminal possession of stolen property, stemming from allegations of him having a stolen ATV in the Town of Huron.
Following his arraignment at CAP Court, Crittenden remains in custody awaiting his upcoming hearing at the Town of Huron Court.
