Deputies arrested a Lyons man after a burglary investigation last weekend.
According to a news release, 33-year-old Clarence Cooper, of Lyons was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree attempted robbery, and harassment.
It’s alleged that Cooper, along with another male, pushed through way into a residence and repeatedly punched and kicked the victim inside.
During the incident, another victim was also punched in the face.
The investigation into this incident, which happened on July 8 remains active.
Cooper was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
