Troopers arrested a Arkport resident following an investigation at Michael John’s Mini Mart in Hornellsville.
State police say Skyla OQuinn, 42, was found to have an active warrant out of Dansville during the investigation. Police also located a billy club and a controlled substance.
OQuinn was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.
Both of those charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
