The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester resident following a larceny investigation.
Manzel Maxwell, 32, was arrested for petit larceny after being observed stealing property from a business in Junius.
He was found with the stolen merchandise and received a two year ban from the business.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
