Police arrested a 29-year-old Bloomfield resident following a harassment complaint in the city.
According to a news release, Jenna Jacobs, 29, of Bloomfield was charged with aggravated harassment.
The incident took place on Chapin Street on March 20th.
Police said after investigation they found Jacobs sent threatening text messages to another person.
She was arraigned and released.
