Manager at CNY McDonald’s accused of sex abuse, rape, and unlawfully dealing with a child

Police in Fulton have arrested a 32-year-old man accused of having sexual contact with underage female employees at the McDonald’s restaurant where he worked as a manager. The investigation began on March 6 when the City of Fulton Police received a report from a concerned parent about their daughter being involved in an inappropriate relationship with an older man she worked with.

Police launched an investigation, which revealed that the suspect had sexual contact with two 16-year-old girls and an 18-year-old woman who worked at the McDonald’s restaurant. The suspect, identified as Zachary E.D. Foster, is also accused of supplying alcohol and cannabis to the victims.

Foster admitted to police that the sexual conduct occurred in various parking lots and at his residence in Fulton. He was subsequently arrested and charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, rape in the third degree, criminal sex act in the third degree, unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.
