Rochester Regional Health honors 63 new healthcare graduates

Rochester Regional Health celebrated a major milestone this week, recognizing 63 graduates from its College of Health Careers as they enter the region’s healthcare workforce.

The 2025 graduating class includes 13 Registered Nurse (RN) graduates and 50 Practical Nursing (PN) graduates from the Rochester General College of Health Careers and the Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing.

These students completed intensive hands-on training led by clinical experts, preparing them for essential roles in hospitals and care settings. Graduates include recent high school students, career changers, and others advancing their healthcare careers.

“We are incredibly proud of this graduating class and all they have accomplished,” said Victoria Record, President of the Rochester General College of Health Careers. “Through immersive training, strong community partnerships, and a commitment to excellence, our programs are helping build a skilled, compassionate workforce ready to meet the growing demand for quality healthcare.”

The College also announced earlier this year the launch of two new Associate of Applied Science degree programs—Radiologic Technology and Surgical Technology. The programs aim to meet the demand for skilled professionals in surgical centers and imaging departments. The first graduating class from these new programs is expected in 2026.

The college plays a critical role in supporting job placement, workforce development, and building a diverse pipeline of healthcare professionals that reflect the communities they serve.
