The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Niagara Falls man following a larceny investigation into the town of Galen.
Deputies said in a press release that the larceny investigation remained active as of January 31st.
Nathan Lewis, 31, is accused of stealing $400 to $500 from a money box at a business in Galen. In doing so, he damaged a lock on the money box by using bolt cutters.
Lewis was charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief. The charges will be answered at a later date.
