Police say a Penn Yan woman was arrested after a domestic dispute this week.
On Tuesday, December 27th officers arrested Amanda Lewin, age 32, of Penn Yan following a domestic incident in Seneca Falls.
During the dispute, Lewin subjected a victim to unwanted physical contact. When police attempted to place Lewin into custody, she physically resisted.
Lewin was charged with harassment and will answer the charges at a later date.
