Deputies say a Williamson man faces an array of charges after a pursuit and failed traffic stop.
On Monday, December 26th around 11:47 p.m. deputies arrested Luke Tennity, age 29, after he failed to pull over on a traffic stop in Marion.
He was intoxicated and had two passengers, according to deputies.
Tennity led deputies on a prsuit that ended in Williamson. After the pursuit ended, he failed to comply with officers commands’ and advanced toward them.
Deputies deployed a taser and Tennity was taken into custody.
Among the charges filed after the incident were DWI, AUO, two counts of reckless endangerment, obstruction, and unlawfully fleeing.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
