A Sodus man faces several felony charges after a domestic incident where a 12-year-old was threatened with a stun gun.
Nicholas Stevenson, age 34, was charged with aggravated family offense, criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, menacing, two counts of criminal mischief, and two counts of harassment.
The charges stem from a domestic incident around 10 p.m. on Wednesday where Stevenson threatened a 12-year-old with an electric stun gun, damaged property, and injured the child.
When deputies attempted to arrest Stevenson, he resisted and fought with deputies – kicking one of them while they were taking him into custody
Stevenson was eventually taken into custody and processed on the charges.
He will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
