State police arrested a Walworth resident following an investigation into an attack on his estranged wife earlier this month.
According to state police, Sean Murray, age 49, of Walworth is accused of sexually assaulting her on December 1st.
Murray was later found at his girlfriend’s house in Penfield. He faces several charges including one count of felony rape.
He was processed and released on his own recognizance.
